By registering on the service and placing an order, you automatically agree to the rules described below.

1. If in parallel with using our service, you use any other, namely, order the same service, then the service does not accept claims related to the order on our website.

2. It is necessary to remember that all services are performed by bots. Claims to the quality of accounts cannot be used as an argument for a refund for an order.

3. We do not guarantee that 100% of accounts will have a profile photo, description, etc.

4. Insults / disrespectful attitude towards the administration will be punished by banning the account without the possibility of withdrawing funds. Re-registration for these users is also not recommended and if this fact is discovered, their accounts will be banned again.

5. We do not guarantee that orders will start to be processed within the time specified in the service description. This is just an approximate figure, supported by the order history. Moreover, all information about the service presented in the name or in the description of the service is approximate and cannot be used as an argument for a refund, since all values ​​​​(start, speed, etc.) can change depending on the load on our servers.

6. If the name or description of the service does not use the phrases "guarantee" or "refill", the service does not accept claims related to write-offs of subscribers, likes, etc. It does not matter when this write-off occurred, it could have happened during the boost, or 5 minutes after its completion - there is no compensation for non-guaranteed services in any case.

7. If the name of the service or the description does not specify anything about the guarantee, then by default there is no guarantee.

8. Cancellation of an active order is not guaranteed.

9. We do not provide services for the promotion of erotic, pornographic content, as well as advertising content aimed at encouraging Internet users to purchase/consume/use/storage/illegally narcotic and/or psychotropic substances, weapons, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, the services of magicians, sorcerers, fortune tellers, sports betting, gambling, affiliate programs, as well as other things (means, products, drugs, products) the circulation of which is limited or prohibited by applicable law.

10. We do everything possible to ensure high-quality and uninterrupted provision of our services.

11. In case of impossibility to provide services due to our fault, we undertake to refund the funds paid by the Customer at the Customer’s request, but no later than 15 days after payment. In other cases, refunds are not made.

12. We, yarfsmm.ru, act as an intermediary between the Customer and the Providers (service providers), whose services are presented on our website, we are not responsible for any problems on the part of the provider.

13. If the Customer does not report a delay in starting the order/problems in the order/unannounced write-offs, then we have the right not to take any action to correct this situation.

14. The description of the services is based on the description of the service by the Provider, we are not responsible for any discrepancies between the description and the actual operation of the service.
