Return policy

1. If you have any questions about replenishments or undelivered payments, please first contact the site support service, and not the payment system support service (except in cases where the site support service redirects you to the payment system support service).

2. We do not refund funds that have already been credited to the site. All such requests will be ignored or rejected.

3. Please note that the commission indicated on the site when replenishing may differ from the final amount you pay due to payment system commissions.

4. After the paid service has been provided in due quality, the money spent on its purchase is not refundable.

5. If the service was not provided in full or was provided but in poor quality, the user can write to support and make a request for compensation. The period for reviewing claims and refunding funds is 15 working days.

5.2 If the service was not provided or was indicated in inadequate quality, the user may be compensated for the full cost of the service.
